Intermediate Yoga Series | Exploring Your Edge
Dates: February 8- March 29 on Sunday's from 10-11 am
8 class series | Taught by Alexis Hamilton | Cost: $160 + HST
Our 8-week Intermediate Yoga Series is designed for students with an established practice who are curious to go a little deeper. Expect a stronger, more active flow with weekly exploration of poses like headstand, wheel, shoulderstand, and splits—all taught with care, preparation, and choice.
This is a space for challenge and compassion. No pressure. No judgment. Just curiosity, strength, and learning how to meet yourself exactly where you are.
This winter, we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and create without expectation. Watercolour + Rest is a meditative retreat blending restorative yoga and intuitive watercolour painting — a practice that welcomes rest, creativity, and flow.
Throughout this experience, you’ll be guided through long, supported restorative postures. You’ll be guided to release tension, quiet the mind, and settle into your body
Between each pose, you’ll be invited to express what’s stirring within by bringing brush to paper — creating short, spontaneous bursts of colour and form. Brief bursts of spontaneous painting — 30 to 90 seconds of watercolour flow — allowing colour and movement to arise without overthinking or expectation. There’s no “right” way to paint — simply a gentle invitation to explore, release, and allow.
After class, while the paint dries, enjoy a cozy moment of community connection over coffee, tea, and light refreshments. All materials are provided, and you’ll have the option to transform your artwork into handmade greeting cards or a beautiful collage — a tangible reminder of your practice and presence.
