This class will meet you where you are, offering modifications and props as needed to build a strong foundational practice. It will focus on sustainable mobility and movement. All levels welcome.
Generally speaking, mobility refers to the combined range of motion for all the different joints involved in everyday or athletic movements and activities. It’s measured by how well you can move your body in controlled motions between a range of different positions. This class will incorporate elements of yoga and Pilates, while focusing on stretching the extremities and joints in ways which will be key for healthy aging and supporting a sustainable physical practice. All levels welcome.
This is a slower-paced passive yoga practice, with longer-held poses. Intended to tap into the connective tissue and joints, to improve circulation and increase flexibility. It also tunes into the subtle body and mind. All levels welcome.
This class is designed to help prepare your body for labour as well as set you up for postpartum. To gently and effectively stay active throughout your pregnancy. All levels welcome.
Our way to give back to the community and important organizations making a big difference. These classes are more accessibly priced as they are donation-based (minimum $15). The style will change from class to class so it is a great way to try something new and experience our studio. All levels welcome.
A whimsical, fun and imaginative class for kids to learn yoga basics. Bringing awareness to body sensations, cues and intuition. Fostering self-confidence and self-regulation skills. All levels welcome. Ages 5-9.
Designed to enable time to stretch, connect with others and fill your cup. All within a baby-friendly environment. The Parent classes include all kinds of parents/caregivers. Mama and Baby classes will focus more on relieving common postpartum ailments and be supportive of pelvic floor recovery. Thirty minutes is blocked after each class to foster connections among the families. All levels welcome.
An active style that generates heat within the body and builds strength. Yoga postures are sequenced together so there is a rhythmical flow and dance. Offered in a warm and heated atmosphere where the studio is heated. A more challenging class as you move from the mat to standing quickly.
This style encourages deep relaxation physically, emotionally and mentally. The body is supported and hugged into relaxation with various props and pillows. The focus is on connecting the breath, long comfortable holds, slowness and stillness. All levels welcome.
+ teen yoga:
Time to explore balance within and inner strength to help manage stress and infuse self-compassion. Foster both physical and emotional well-being while connecting with peers. All levels welcome. Ages 10-15.
A fun, playful and active class for all. Move, rest and learn alongside your kids. Build confidence, strengthen bonds, play and connect with your inner child. All levels welcome. Ideally one adult for 1-2 kids. Kids ages 4-9.
+ Power yoga:
This style of yoga is more energetic and vigorous than traditional yoga practices. It is fast paced, has flowing sequences, builds strength and endurance.
+ yoga Nidra:
This style offers a powerful way to relax, recharge, and reconnect—no physical exertion required. It is a guided meditation practice that takes you on a journey of complete rest and rejuvenation. As you lie comfortably, you will be lead through soothing body scans, breath awareness, and calming visualizations, helping to release stress and tension.
A Hatha Flow class is a fusion between a Hatha and a Vinyasa practice. It is designed for all levels and abilities. It combines slower stretching with some flowing sequences that are connected with breath. Our Hatha flow classes will focus on flexibility, strength, balance. It will finish with longer held poses on the floor before surrendering into savasana (resting laying down pose).
