Step away from the routine and submerse yourself in our one of a kind retreat offerings. Stay a little longer to enable more creative flow, rest and true nervous system regulation. We provide unique offerings each month.
Take a pause from the busy, the heavy, and the endless “doing.” These retreat offerings are a gentle invitation to come home to yourself—to rest deeply, feel supported, and restore your nervous system.
Your retreat unfolds with a 90-minute chakra yin yoga class. Supported by props and candlelight, you’ll be guided through gentle shapes designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate presence. While you rest in these postures, a Reiki master will move through the space, offering healing touch and energy support to help you soften even more fully.
These retreats are designed to provide a safe and nurturing container—space for you to feel held, to slow down, and to experience what it’s like to truly rest. With the combination of yoga and Reiki the practice encourages nervous system regulation, energetic release, and deep restoration.
