At Fieldside Yoga and Retreats we help people engage in joyful movement, grow their self-care practices and elevate their body attunemenet. Located in Lindsay, we are a compassion-focused studio that fosters body inclusivity and takes an anti-diet culture stance. The studio welcomes all abilities, body shapes and yoga experiences. 

Submerge yourself in nature as you practice fieldside in a newly-renovated steel barn on an active family crop farm. Here you’ll bask in panoramic views of farmers’ fields, forested horizons and epic sunsets. The barn is also home to Peacefully Nourished, an integrated health centre.

I recently attended a restorative yoga and pottery retreat. Atheana led the restorative yoga class and I couldn't believe how perfect the yoga poses/transitions aligned with my needs (I do not usually go to yoga classes on a regular basis). I have never felt more safe and comfortable in a space, partly because the room itself was calming and serene, but moreover, because Atheana herself exudes such sincerity and graciousness.

I look forward to returning for a yoga class, or another co-run retreat (the pottery component run by Elise was also well-organized & executed). The experience itself, physical space and instruction was exceptional.
